By using Buzz Earn, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account or earn money on Buzz Earn.

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.

2. Your Account

• A valid email address is required to register.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

• All activity under your account is your responsibility.

• Buzz Earn may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Marketplace, Monetization & Tip Earnings 💰

Buzz Earn allows users to earn through:

• Marketplace sales

• Content monetization

• Tip earnings

Please note the following clearly:

• A 50% administrative fee is applied to all marketplace sales, content monetization earnings, and tip earnings.

• Earnings displayed in your Buzz Earn account already reflect this deduction.

• The remaining 50% is the user’s net earnings.

• Earnings are subject to approval and must follow Buzz Earn’s rules and policies.

• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on user activity and engagement.

• Buzz Earn may update fees, earning rules, or payout structures in the future.

4. Affiliate Program 🤝

• Each user receives a unique affiliate link.

• Affiliate commissions are paid according to Buzz Earn’s rules.

• Misleading, spammy, or fraudulent promotion is not allowed.

• Buzz Earn may withhold or cancel affiliate earnings if rules are violated.

5. Content Rules 📝

• You keep ownership of the content you post.

• By posting on Buzz Earn, you allow us to display and promote your content on the platform.

• Content must not include:

  • Illegal activities or products

  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats

  • Scams, spam, or deceptive content

  • Adult content that is not properly labeled

• Buzz Earn may remove content that violates these rules.

6. Pro Membership ⭐

• Pro accounts unlock extra features and earning opportunities.

• Pro membership fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.

• Buzz Earn may change Pro features or pricing at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities 🚫

Users may not:

• Manipulate earnings, tips, or marketplace sales

• Use multiple accounts to abuse rewards

• Hack or interfere with Buzz Earn systems

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities

8. Account Suspension or Termination

• Buzz Earn may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

• You may close your account at any time.

• Pending or past earnings may still be reviewed and adjusted based on platform rules.

9. Disclaimers ⚠️

• Buzz Earn is provided “as is” with no guarantees.

• Income is not guaranteed.

• Buzz Earn is not responsible for third-party services or links.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Buzz Earn is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you earned in the 30 days before a claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

• Buzz Earn may update these Terms at any time.

• Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
